IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
CONDITION OF ITEMS: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, WORN, OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. PROOF OF PURCHASE: A VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE, SUCH AS AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT, MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THE RETURN.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS IF THERE IS NO FAULT IN THE ITEM PURCHASED, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
Refunds
NO FAULT IN THE ITEM: IF THERE IS NO FAULT IN THE ITEM, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. FAULTY ITEMS: IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT SUPPORT@BARZAKH.AE. WE WILL COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COST AND OFFER A FULL REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE: ENSURE THE ITEM IS SECURELY PACKAGED TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING. INCLUDE YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND ANY ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
SHIP THE ITEM: SHIP THE ITEM TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. PLEASE USE A TRACKABLE SHIPPING METHOD.
Processing Returns
ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. FOR REFUNDS, A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
